Are you a pro at spinning plates, keeping projects on track, and juggling creative briefs? We're on the lookout for a brilliantly organised Creative Services Executive to join our friendly Brand & Marketing team at The University of Law.
In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll support the Creative Services Senior Manager in co-ordinating the day-to-day studio workflow. From print to photography, copy to AV - you'll ensure every brief is well managed, brand-aligned, and delivered smoothly from concept to completion.

  • Support the smooth running of a busy in-house design studio, ensuring briefs are clear and deadlines are met.
  • Help manage workflow systems, projects and priorities, all while keeping stakeholders informed and designers prepped.
  • Co-ordinate external suppliers (print, freelance, copywriting, AV) and supporting procurement processes.
  • Support the development of production specs, time and budget planning.
  • Champion brand consistency across all outputs and helping stakeholders use the ULaw brand effectively.
Is this you?:
  • Experience co-ordinating a creative services function (either in-house or agency-side).
  • A strong understanding of print and publishing processes, and ideally some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Stellar project management skills; you're organised, deadline-savvy and great at prioritising.
  • A team player mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools like Asana, Smartsheets, or Float would be a bonus.
Why join us?
Along with a starting salary of 29,969 per annum you'll enjoy:
  • A generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days (+ stats)
  • Private Medical Scheme and Life Assurance
