Collaboration
Work closely with both the paid advertising and organic content teams to ensure that video content aligns with campaign goals.

Understand the nuances of social-first storytelling and how to make content stand out in fast-scrolling feeds.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience filming and editing professional-grade video content.
Strong proficiency with professional grade cameras.
Strong proficiency in
DaVinci Resolve
(bonus points for knowledge of other software).
A creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling.
Understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform.
