Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and connected Creator Manager to own and grow our portfolio of Brazilian creator partnerships. This role is the vital link between our creators and the agency's resources. The core responsibility is to manage and develop the careers of our creators in Brazil, requiring flawless communication in

Portuguese

to build trust with talent and collaborate with our local team. You will be the strategic partner who helps our creators achieve their business and creative goals.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Partnership & Strategy:

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and manager for a roster of Brazilian content creators (YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagrammers, etc.).

Career Development:

Develop and execute customized growth plans for each creator, encompassing channel strategy, content ideation, audience development, and brand building.

Campaign Management:

Secure, negotiate, and manage brand partnership deals and sponsored content opportunities that align with the creator's brand and values.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships through clear, consistent, and proactive communication. Act as the creator's advocate within the agency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the internal teams (sales, legal, marketing, production) to deliver best-in-class service to your creators. Liaise directly with the

local Brazilian team

to ensure flawless execution of on-the-ground initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze channel performance metrics (views, engagement, subscriber growth) to provide data-driven advice and report on campaign ROI.

Industry Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of the Brazilian digital landscape, social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and the competitive MCN environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Non-Negotiable Requirement:

Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English

is mandatory. You must be able to negotiate contracts, build rapport, and communicate complex ideas fluently and without barrier with creators and the local team.

Required:

Proven experience (2+ years) in talent management, influencer marketing, account management, or a similar role within a creator-focused agency, MCN, or media company. A deep understanding of the Brazilian social media landscape and creator economy (key platforms, cultural nuances, major players). Strong existing relationships with Brazilian creators and/or brands is a significant plus. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop talent and grow digital channels. Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

Experience living or working in Brazil. Experience with contract negotiation and deal structuring. A network of contacts within Brazilian brands and advertising agencies.

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
