We're now looking for a proactive and organised

Credit Administrator

to join our Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC). If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and want to build your career in finance, this role could be perfect for you.

The impact you'll have:

As a Credit Administrator, you'll play a key part in keeping our credit control operations running smoothly. From handling customer calls to supporting invoice and payment processes, you'll help us stay on top of the details while keeping everything efficient and customer-focused.

A typical day:

Be the first point of contact for customer calls about paymentsalways helpful and efficient Upload invoices to customer portals, ensuring submissions are accurate and on time Send out pre-due notices and payment reminders to keep processes moving Manage the

copy invoices mailbox

and respond to requests quickly Process refund requests with the correct approvals and clear communication Support the Credit Control team with admin tasks as neededflexibility is key Get involved in light

cash collection activities

when required
