KCC Group are a market leader in the provision of supply, installation, and service of the following products: Timber Doors, Steel Security Doors, Door Hardware, Automatic Doors, Movable Walls, Fire Door Inspections, Access Control and more. We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Credit Control Admin Assistant to join our dynamic finance team based in Belfast. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the credit control function of a busy construction business, ensuring the timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the credit control team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day credit control process
Process and allocate incoming payments to customer accounts
Prepare and issue monthly statements
Scanning and sending POD's
Support Credit Control manager and wider Finance Team with ad hoc tasks
Assist with new customer credit checks and setting up accounts
Any other adhoc duties as deemed by your Manager
Skills and Knowledge:
Previous Experience in Credit Control or Finance Administration is desirable
Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Personal Attributes:
Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
Qualification:
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
