Job Description

Annaghmore Agencies Ltd established in 1977 is one of the largest importers and wholesalers of furniture in the U.K and Ireland. Due to business growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a part time Credit Control Administrator to join our team. The role is primarily Credit Control based but will also include elements of Accounts Admin depending on company requirements and the successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller. Duties will include:

Pro-active debt management through phone calls and emails Allocation of cash receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts Managing internal and external queries Building and maintaining relationships with customers and other stakeholders Monitoring credit terms Preparing reports and sharing with relevant parties within company Liaising with Returns department around customer returns and associated admin Supporting the department and other team members with relevant tasks Other ad-hoc duties as they arise
The successful candidate will:

be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel possess excellent oral and written communication skills have one years' experience in Credit Control, preferred but not essential as full training will be given be willing to work flexibly with tasks along with company requirements have the ability to work on own initiative
This position is a part time permanent position, with hours and rate of pay to be discussed further at interview stage. Holiday entitlement is 31 days per year, pro rata, with the opportunity to earn an additional 4 days leave. Own transport is essential for this role.

Pay: 22,000.00-25,000.00 per year
