Credit Control Administrator

Job Description

Ross + Liddell are seeking a proactive and confident individual to join our Credit Control team. If you have experience in credit control or collections and have excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Chasing overdue invoices and ensuring timely payments Negotiating and managing payment plans with clients Processing card payments and setting up Direct Debits Handling inbound calls and responding to client queries via phone, live chat, and written correspondence Liaising with internal teams to resolve account issues Maintaining accurate records of calls and chats Monitoring instalments and standing orders, and following up on defaults Providing general support to the Credit Control department, including ad hoc tasks such as: Conducting Land Registry and Experian searches Tracking correspondence with lenders and following up as needed Instructing and monitoring the registration of NOPLs

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in credit control or collections (preferred) Confident telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills Effective communication abilities Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
