Job Description

The Credit Control role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payments in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Based in Telford, this permanent position is ideal for someone with a background in accounting and finance.

  • Manage collection of outstanding debt across a portfolio of customers
  • Build strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments
  • Support with cash allocation and reconciliations
  • Produce debtor reports using Excel and ERP systems
  • Work with internal teams to resolve invoice queries
  • Support ERP system migration (SAP S/4Hana) and continuous improvements
Learn & progress with guidance from an experienced Senior Credit ControllerBe part of a supportive, collaborative finance team
  • Previous experience in credit control or finance support role
  • ERP system experience (SAP desirable)
  • Confident Excel skills for reporting and analysis
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines
  • Stable career background preferred
  • Positive, team-focused, and eager to learn
We are working with a global engineering & technology business who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their finance team in Telford.
Ideal for someone with some credit control experience who wants to develop further - you'll be working alongside a supportive Senior Credit Controller who will help you grow in the role.
  • Salary 25,000 - 30,000 depending on experience
