Location: WORKING FROM OUR MODERN AND WELL-EQUIPPED HEAD OFFICE IN BOSTON, LINCOLNSHIRE



Full Time, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and currently the bonus of an early finish of 3.30pm on Fridays!

No weekend or evening work!

The Role



As

Credit Control & Finance Assistant

, you'll play a vital role in keeping our finances running smoothly. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll manage invoices from creation through to payment and assign any aging debt to our collection streams, ensuring accurate records and proactive debtor management.

We have a vacancy for a Credit Control & Finance Assistant because our businesses continue to grow dramatically - these are exciting times for us and we need keen, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are hungry to drive themselves and us on!

This is a

hands-on role

requiring persistence, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

The basic advertised salary is indicative and will depend on the experience you have. Experience in credit control and finance roles is preferred, but

not a must.

We are keen to hear from all experience levels to find the right person - it is tenacity and resilience that we are looking for above all! We'll tailor training and guidance for you, to help you succeed!

Oh and one more thing... you're not technically selling but giving away free digital marketing campaigns with leading and trusted brands.

The Ideal Candidate:



Experience in

credit control or finance administration

is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple cases. You must be comfortable with and relish being on the telephone.

Salary



Excellent basic salary circa 26-30k (subject to experience).
