Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator

Job Description

GroundShore Limited are recruiting for a Credit Controller / Accounts Administrator to join our growing team at our head office in Sandbach. The candidate must have previous experience working in a credit control position and able to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will be able to work on a broad range of customer accounts and manage them effectively by minimising overdue debt, maximising cash flow and preventing bad debts.

Main responsibilities



Daily chasing of all overdue accounts by phone & email Documenting telephone conversations Record invoice queries and escalate them to account managers Ensure invoice queries are followed up in a timely manner Other generic credit control duties

The ideal candidate will have:



Excellent telephone manner Good verbal and written communication skills Credit control experience Experience using Sage and Microsoft Excel Experience using Syrinx desirable
