Credit Controller
who's not just good at the job, but great to work with. We want someone confident, adaptable, and upbeat. Someone who can communicate well, stay organised, and jump in where needed.
About the Role
This is hands-on, fast-paced, and people-focused.
You'll be speaking with clients, solving queries, securing payments, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with teammates across accounts, sales, and customer service, so collaboration is a huge part of the job. If you love connecting with people and getting results, this is the perfect fit. And yes... the role comes with variety. Some days you'll be deep in client calls, other days working on internal projects or helping support other departments. Adaptability is key.
Working Hours
To support our North American clients, your schedule will be:
2:00pm - 10:00pm UK Time
Monday to Thursday
12noon - 8pm UK Time
on Fridays
40 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing
Reaching out to clients about outstanding invoices in a friendly, professional way
Building great relationships and encouraging timely payments
Solving billing questions with confidence and clarity
Keeping organised, up-to-date notes and communication logs on our CRM
Working closely with internal teams to resolve any issues
Monitoring aged accounts and sharing updates with the team
Supporting colleagues when needed with additional tasks or projects
This role is all about communication, teamwork, and getting things done together.
What You Bring to the Table
Essential
Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role
Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
Able to negotiate professionally while staying friendly and warm
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
A genuine team player who likes working with others
Positive, calm and professional under pressure
Bonus Skills
Experience with North American clients
CRM or finance system experience
Background in creative, publishing, or advertising industries
