Greydoor Publishing is a leading publisher specializing in hotel magazines and real estate magazines across the USA, Mexico, the Caribbean and Canada. Our mission is to provide high-quality publications and content that enhances the visibility of hotels, real eatate agents, and promotes their services to guests and clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our finance team.

The Role

As Credit Controller, you will play a key role in safeguarding the company's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of receivables. Working closely with account managers and clients, you'll be responsible for raising invoices, monitoring credit, managing outstanding invoices, and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm, some days you will be required to work 1pm to 9pm or 2pm to 10pm. Working pattern to be agreed

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring prompt collection of payments. Build strong working relationships with clients to support smooth payment processes. Monitor aged debt and escalate overdue accounts when necessary. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., client services, sales, and finance) to resolve queries.

About You

Previous experience as a Credit Controller, ideally within media, advertising, or a fast-paced commercial environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive client relationships. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident using accounting systems and Excel A proactive team player who thrives under pressure and can manage competing deadlines.
