Credit Controller

to join our finance team and help manage and improve our credit control processes.

Monitor and manage outstanding customer debts. Proactively chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letter. Allocate incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activity. Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve queries. Assess credit risk and set credit limits in line with company policy. Prepare regular reports on debtor status and escalate issues as needed. Raising sales invoices and credit notes from our in house systems.

The Successful Applicant

Excellent attention to detail, able to input data quickly and accurately. Good communication and team working skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience working in a Finance environment. Sage Line 50 Experience preferable.

Salary: 26,000.00 - 28,000.00 per year depending on experience
