You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, and you will be a confident communicator with a customer-focused approach. You will play a key role in managing the company's debtor ledger, ensuring timely payments, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and supporting the smooth operation of our credit control function.
As a Credit Controller, your role will include, but not be limited to:
Resolve customer queries and account issues efficiently Provide professional support for customer account enquiries Maintain and update invoice and account information Set up and manage new customer accounts Support sales ledger activities and general administration Assist with payment collection and allocation in line with company policies Process credit notes promptly and accurately

A salary of 27,000 - 33,000 per annum Hybrid working (after 6 months' probation) Parking on site
