Our business continues to grow across new and used car sales, service centres, body shops, and our trade parts division (TPS).

As we invest in our future and our people, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join our team.

The Role

As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounts department and maintaining healthy cash flow across the Group. Your responsibilities will include:

Chasing internal and external debts as they become due Posting and allocating incoming payments Contacting customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices Conducting weekly and monthly sales ledger reviews Working closely with customers and colleagues to resolve queries and maintain strong relationships
About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have experience working in an accounts or finance department Possess previous credit control experience Be proficient with email and Excel Be organised, analytical, and detail-oriented Communicate confidently and effectively Ideally have experience with Keyloop (desirable but not essential) Motor trade experience is an advantage but not required
