Credit Control & Customer Services Co-Ordinator



PACKAGE: 25-30K (Prorata depending on experience)



Part Time: 3 days a week, office based, must be available during school holidays as well

What will you be doing?

Being in charge of all Credit control, including chasing invoices, payments, etc. Liaising with accounts departments and paying invoices on email, phone and LinkedIn in a professional manner. Making contact with people whose payment is overdue and explaining their terms of credit - this requires good spoken and written skills. Renegotiating repayment plans with people - you'll need to have an assertive but tactful manner with good negotiation skills. Processing payments - an organised, methodical approach and good numeracy. Providing excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests. In charge of speedy responses for the Operations Incoming queries mailbox and customer requests. Using databases to check credit records and set up new entries - administrative and computer skills. Undertaking legal CCJs etc when needed. Arranging meetings with client prospects and chasing confirmations. Delivering outstanding experiences for our customers within allocated budgets. Researching new venues and onsite experiences. Sourcing new suppliers and cost-effective solutions. Assisting with Office Management and low-level IT solutions for the company

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
