Topps Group has recently acquired CTD Tiles, and with the addition of new customers we are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our Credit function! As a Credit Controller, you will manage the collection of any outstanding debt to the business and minimise any risk. The Credit Controller will liaise with customers internally and externally in resolution of debt and invoice disputes, reviewing credit limits in line with both spend and risk. This is a hybrid role that will consist of three days working in the office and two days working at home.


Key Responsibilities


Collecting all debt both proactively and reactively by telephone, email and letter. To ensure all outstanding invoice queries are resolved within the agreed SLA's and terms of account. Escalation of high-risk accounts to the Credit Control Supervisor in a timely manner. Posting and allocating of payments to account. Customer on boarding including credit checks and recommending credit limits in line with the agreed process. Monitor and report on any risk to the business in line with your duties. To identify key issues, such as recurring disputes, recommend resolution and implement. Maintaining customer notes and records appropriately. General Credit Control Administration

Experience Required


At least 2 years' experience in a Credit Control role Superb communication skills both written and verbal. Intermediate Excel (Vlookup, Pivot) and Word knowledge. Good time management, planning & organisational skills The ability to work under pressure in fast paced working environment.
