Summary

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join our dynamic team in the UK. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the financial health of our company by managing accounts receivable and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry tasks Review contracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure correct billing Investigate and resolve billing errors or discrepancies Analyse outstanding debts and develop strategies for collection Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts Utilize accounting software to track payments and generate reports Handle inbound and outbound calls related to billing and payment inquiries Provide exceptional customer service while handling inquiries related to billing Assist in preparing financial reports for management review

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts payable or credit control Strong understanding of financial services and accounting principles Proficient in accounting software and data entry Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills and phone etiquette Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
