Job Description

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for mainly outbound customer contact to facilitate both pre-due payments and arrears, alongside identifying and resolving any queries for the customer at an early stage.

Working in a fast paced environment, your duties as the Credit Controller will include:

Chasing late/non payment Cash allocation Query resolution Setting up and Opening new accounts Reporting on status of debt/overdue accounts Working with the operations team on order queries to ensure customers are invoiced correctly Administration including finance inbox
A day in the life of a Credit Controller at Modern Standard Coffee:

The collection of aged debt over 35 days. Pro-actively contacting customer with debts that are pre-due. Working on external partners invoice processing systems to ensure our invoices are accepted and sent for payment without delay. Responding to any customer contact to resolve any queries. Liaising with colleagues to discuss, support and share knowledge regularly. Lots of nice coffee
The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at Modern Standard Coffee will have:

Credit Management experience. An ability to be Customer Focused. Be organised and assertive. An ability to work towards targets and deadlines. Self starter and happy to bring their experience and skills to improve our organisation. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Agile problem-solving skills Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to work collaboratively across all departments Working knowledge of G Suite is preferred
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
