The Role
Due to business growth, we're looking for an experienced
Credit Controller
to help us continue to expand and improve. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing customer accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the company's debtor ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
Chasing overdue payments by phone and email in a professional manner
Reconciling accounts and resolving invoice/payment queries
Preparing aged debtor reports and liaising with management on cashflow
Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth credit control processes, identifying and implementing improvements
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

About You
Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable is essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with attention to detail
Confident using accounting software and Excel
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
Flexible, with a positive and professional approach
