UKTHG Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented

Credit Controller

to join our accounts team. You'll manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, reconcile accounts, and work closely with internal teams to keep finances running smoothly.

Permanent, Full Time - Mon to Fri 35hrs per week.

Key Responsibilities



Managing and monitoring customer accounts to ensure payments are made on time Chasing overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication Negotiating payment plans where required Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies Producing regular reports on debtors and cash collection Working closely with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to resolve queries

About You



Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role Strong communication and negotiation skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Proficient in Excel and Sage, training on any other systems will be provided
