The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing key financial functions, including cash flow reporting, oversight of the sales ledger, intercompany invoicing, and supporting both month-end and audit processes.



This role requires a strong grasp of financial operations and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.


With a focus on maintaining healthy cash flow and timely collection of outstanding invoices, the Credit Controller plays a critical role in supporting business continuity and financial performance.



You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth intercompany transactions and accurate financial records, while also contributing to audit readiness and compliance.



Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure--particularly during month-end close--are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities


Prepare daily cash deviation reports using HSBC.net data Run weekly and monthly sales ledger reports (~80m ledger, 5,000+ items) Manage intercompany AR/AP invoicing across UK and global entities Support cash allocation and compile month-end reports for Treasury Handle audit requests and provide necessary documentation Chase aged debt, resolve payment issues, and assist credit control Oversee quarterly BNP invoice factoring and liaise with Treasury Perform core reconciliations and assist impairment reporting Support monthly targets, unbilled reductions, and group reporting Complete AR-related balance sheet reconciliations post-ramp-up

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications


Excellent written communication skills Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency Previous experience in a Credit Control environment
