Job Description
We are seeking a hardworking, organised and confidential Credit Controller to join our team based at our Chudleigh depot
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm- Review Assess and recover outstanding and historic debt, in line with company procedure
- Liaising with customers and internal departments.

Processing banking, Till reports onto ledgers
- Dealing with sales ledger queries.
- Communicating with customers via telephone, email and text
- Taking online card payments.
- Allocation of payments, maintaining accurate data for customer records
- Opening new credit accounts and maintain credit limits
- Excellent strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.

Proven experience in credit control with empathy balancing skills
- Good IT skills and strong Excel skills.

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team as well as individually.
