Job Description

Generator Power is the UK's largest and privately owned generator rental company having enjoyed over 25 years of supply in the industry. The company provides installation of Generators to all industries, from Hospitals, festivals, renewable energy, telecoms, general construction and is the largest supplier to the utilities sector. Generator Power has experienced rapid growth in recent years and is undergoing further expansion providing an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our team at our depot in Normanton Industrial estate

Monday to Friday 40hrs a week

Duties/Responsibilities:



Chasing debt via phone, letter & email
Issuing Final demands, and legal notice
Reconciling accounts
Dealing with queries/POD's
Follow up on overdue accounts
Liaise with departments internally in relation to overdue payments, and query resolution.
Cash allocation
General ad hoc duties as and when required

Skills / experience required:



Must have experience using sage - preferably sage 200

InspHire an advantage but not essential as training will be given

Previous experience working within Credit Control is essential for this role.

Good Telephone manner, verbal & written skills

Able to handle objections in a professional manner

Good customer service skills

Highly organised.
