Working in a busy office based in Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampto, we are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join the team. Duties will include credit control, purchase ledger, invoicing, answering calls, speaking with our customers, repair technicians and operations team.
The role:
Control and reduce debt; placing calls and sending emails to customers to chase for payment
Establish and maintain regular communications with customers to facilitate timely payments
Creation and sending of accurate daily invoices for works completed
Processing of suppliers' invoices and all aspects of purchase ledger
Ensuring timely resolution to invoicing queries
Send and receive emails with Outlook, taking calls from customers
Ad hoc duties as and when required
About you:
A minimum of 2 years' experience of credit control, invoicing and purchase ledger is essential
Professional and confident manner on the telephone and through email
Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages essential
Knowledge of Xero an advantage
