Role Overview



As a credit controller, you'll manage incoming payments, ensure accurate invoicing, and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners and direct customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in optimising cash flow, maintaining financial accuracy and enhancing customer satisfaction across our wholesale and direct channels.


Key Responsibilities



Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts professionally Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Post and allocate payments across multiple channels and currencies Liaise with sales and customer service teams to resolve queries Assist with credit checks and support credit control processes Contribute to month-end reporting and audit preparation Maintain accurate records in line with our brand's commitment to excellence

Requirements



Experience in accounts receivable or credit control Strong numerical and analytical skills Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms in particular Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central/ Shopify Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Appreciation for luxury retail and customer experience
