Job Description

We're recruiting for a Credit Controller to manage outstanding accounts and ensure timely payments. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and supporting healthy cash flow.
Credit Controller responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments are received
• Perform credit checks on new and existing clients to assess risk levels
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices
• Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to management
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
• Support the implementation of improved credit control processes
• Provide advice to clients on payment terms and account management

A successful Credit Controller should have:
