What you'll be doing

mcl finance is hiring a Collections Admin Assistant to manage the admin function connected to collections cases.

Requirements & Skills

Previous experience in debt collection is a

MUST

(irrespective of the industry - experience in any form of lending related debt collection would be an

advantage)
Previous experience with emerging / high growth companies -

advantage.
Self-starter and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy
A very strong phone manner, an ability to think on your feet, and being a good listener.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate with
