The Role

As

Credit Controller

you will be a key member of our finance team, ensuring our debtor balances are professionally managed and any bad debts are kept to a minimum. You will take the lead to manage and minimise all aged debt, liaising with private health insurance companies for payments and liaising with individual patients where payment is overdue. You'll manage the health insurance relationship and processes and work in the wider transaction processing team provide support to a range of tasks as and when required.

What you'll need

You will have experience working within a transactional finance role, and ideally already have some credit control experience. It goes without saying that you will be great with Excel, systems and databases, have brilliant attention to detail, be able to establish rapport with your customers and enjoy working on your own initiative, as part of a supportive team.
