At tmGroup, we're transforming the property sector with innovative technology and exceptional service. As part of our growing Finance function, we're now looking for a Credit Controller to help manage our debtor book, strengthen financial controls and support smooth cashflow across the Group.


In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - handling cash allocation, managing customer relationships, resolving payment queries and contributing to ongoing improvements in our Accounts Receivable processes.


What you'll do:




Manage the Direct Debit process across multiple entities. Issue statements and ensure monies owed are collected in line with agreed terms. Accurately allocate incoming payments to maintain a clean, up-to-date debtor ledger. Liaise with customers to resolve invoice queries and support timely payment. Follow the agreed escalation process for overdue debts and highlight any concerns. Produce weekly aged debtor reports and support continuous improvement of Accounts Receivable processes.

About you:




A solid background in accounts receivable / credit control in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Experience using finance / ERP systems (Business Central experience is a plus). Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data. Excellent understanding of credit control processes and procedures. Clear, confident communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills. Highly organised with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Proactive approach to cash collection, issue resolution and process ownership. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative Finance team.
