Credit Controller
Full-time
Salary up to 28,000

We are exclusively working with a dynamic international business operating across global markets to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This role is fully office-based so you must be able to reliably commute to their offices in Wellington, Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:



Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence. Maintain accurate records of communication and payment arrangements. Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts accurately. Reconcile accounts and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally. Monitor aged debt reports and escalate high-risk accounts. Assist with month-end reporting and cashflow forecasting. Support the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Skills & Experience:



At least three years' credit control experience, ideally within FMCG. AAT Level 3 or equivalent professional qualification (desirable). Strong knowledge of multi-currency export environments. Proven track record of hitting collection KPIs. Confident negotiator with strong communication skills.
In exchange for this Credit Controller role, you will receive an enhanced pension scheme and work a 35-hour working week.
