Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service in refrigerated transport.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments Prepare and send out invoices accurately and promptly Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records of all transactions Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes Provide reports on account status as needed Assist in developing credit policies and procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Strong understanding of accounts payable processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
