What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of credit hire cases

, conducting detailed reviews and negotiations.

Proactively progress cases

to settlement, avoiding prolonged disputes.

Assess claims

based on

period, need, impecuniosity, BHRs

, and financial documentation.

Handle insurer objections

, leveraging our strong position and available tools to secure optimal settlements.

Maintain high-quality client care

, ensuring the best possible results for every claim.

Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs & SLAs

, driving efficiency and success.

Engage in persuasive negotiations

, making high-volume outbound calls each day.

Key Skills & Experience:

2+ years' experience

handling

Credit Hire Claims

.

Strong negotiation skills

, with the ability to build solid relationships with insurers.

Excellent written and verbal communication

, ensuring clarity and confidence in discussions.

Experience in claimant environments

(preferred but not essential).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
