Credit Insurance Administrator

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a customer oriented, confident and ambitious communicator who is keen to join Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Ltd as an Administrator in our Credit Insurance team.

The role:



The role will assist the Credit Team Account Executives with policies which transfer the risk of bad debts away from the company's balance sheet to an insurer.

Our Credit Team have over 100 years' collective experience in arranging such insurance programmes for our clients who range from SMEs to multi-national PLCs.

You will provide first-class customer service to assist the Account Executives and Account Handlers with process of renewals and adjustments.

You will also be speaking to clients to make sure they are satisfied with the experience they receive.

This is a small team of like-minded and ambitious individuals who support each other and therefore the role would suit someone who thrives within an team environment.

This role will be given full training so no previous experience is required, but if you do have an interest or a background in property, insurance, hospitality and retail sales, where you are talking to customers all the time, this could be the perfect role for you.
