We are looking for new team members who will be responsible for assessing company information, compiling reports, managing debtor cases and ensuring efficient recovery of monies. This is a fast?paced role that requires attention to detail, initiative, and confidence when dealing with customers at all levels over the phone.
You will spend much of your day handling inbound and outbound communication, analysing documents, diarising and chasing cases, and ensuring accurate reporting -- all while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
