Job Description

If you have exceptional customer service, strong organisational skills, and the ability to analyse information and make sound judgments, we'd love you on our team. We are looking for new team members who will be responsible for assessing company information, compiling reports, managing debtor cases and ensuring efficient recovery of monies. This is a fast?paced role that requires attention to detail, initiative, and confidence when dealing with customers at all levels over the phone.

You will spend much of your day handling inbound and outbound communication, analysing documents, diarising and chasing cases, and ensuring accurate reporting -- all while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Prioritise and process incoming communication efficiently Obtain and analyse company information to compile reports for customers in line with company policies Maintain up?to?date and accurate system records according to company standards. Make informed decisions on cases and escalate to a Line Manager where appropriate. Diarise pending cases and chase them within agreed timescales. Create written correspondence to company standards and provide accurate, timely information.

Requirements



Customer service experience (1+ year preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with challenging clients. Ability to listen well and understand customer requirements. Confidence working in a fast?paced environment. High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads according to deadlines and service level agreements.
