We are looking for a Credit Placement Administrator to support our Finance, Operations and Sales teams in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer deals. The role includes maintaining accurate customer records, submitting financial applications, and coordinating with internal underwriters, sales teams and external lenders.
Key Responsibilities
Our Credit Placement Administrator will support the day-to-day activities that keep our customer journey running smoothly, including but not limited to:
Liaising with the credit placement team, lenders and sales teams
Uploading financial applications to lender portals
Reviewing financial accounts to gather information for applications
Maintaining customer records and files in line with company procedures
Managing information requests from lenders
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with lenders
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Competence with Microsoft Windows, Office and internet-based systems
Experience with data entry
Strong Excel skills
Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
Analytical approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and make sound, reasoned decisions under pressure
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong time management and punctuality
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
