Customer Helper - Crew Bus Driver

at

Newcastle Airport

on a fixed term basis for

Summer 2025

What will you do as a Crew Bus Driver ?

The transportation of all

Jet2.com

crew to and from the aircraft Working to

legal and company requirements;

operating in a safe manner and maintaining a clear and safe working environment for you and your colleagues Undertaking daily

vehicle inspections

and report defects to the Maintenance Team as well as assisting in vehicle delivery and collection when required Ensuring the delivery of an

effective and friendly service

that meets the needs of our colleagues and customers and promotes our brand values

This is an integral

operational

role with operational impact and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve our

On Time Performance

targets.

This role is available on a

30 hour per week

basis As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working shift patterns on a rolling

4 on, 2 off

shift pattern and include very early starts and late finishes to support our operation. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include working weekends and bank holidays.

What Skills & Experience will I need?

You will be a

strong team player

with a positive approach. +

revious

driving experience, ideally in a

customer facing environment

is beneficial. You will have the ability to

follow clear instructions

to ensure the safety of yourself and your Team.



For all our airside roles you must hold a full UK

Manual Driving Licenc

e

and be able to obtain an

Airside Driving Permit

and pass a

Medical,

administered by the airport.
