Successful candidates will role model the values of the Fire and Rescue Service, ensuring a fair and ethical approach to service delivery and ensuring the effective implementation of organisational policy and procedures.All candidates must possess an operational assessment at Crew Commander (Control) level prior to appointment.Applicants should note that the duties, responsibilities and base locations of these posts may be subject to change.
