As our new Crew Coordinator, you will be a member of our Crewing department in Aberdeen, a dynamic and collaborative team of motivated, positive, and enthusiastic employees. You will work in a global and culturally diverse environment, working with highly experienced captains and seafarers and be amongst the key people they rely on to be able to do their work in challenging conditions offshore.


Your primary responsibility in this role will be to make sure we put up the most optimal team on every vessel within your area of responsibility. We rely on you to create and support high-performing offshore teams containing the right competencies, qualifications, and certificates to handle their complex tasks safely and effectively. You will be the key person responsible for crewing and coordinating the offshore personnel, and your diverse range of responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing personnel. Additionally, you will play a vital role in preparing work schedules, and personnel manning. In this role, you will be required to understand and apply visa and work permit requirements, and project-specific training. Requirements



Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented Maritime industry knowledge and/or interest. A good level of knowledge within Microsoft programs such as Excel, Office and with the ability to work with planning systems Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver within deadlines You have a professional mindset and can handle confidential and personal information Relevant university degree within Human Resources, Logistics, Finance & Administration, Management, Psychology, or similar (Experience can compensate for lack of formal competency).


This position is reporting to the Regional Crewing Manager.

Office location is Aberdeen, Scotland UK
