As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, ensuring all items are fresh and ready for service. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and assisting with their orders. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant environment is advantageous but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders. Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team atmosphere. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
