We're now hiring friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team in delivering an unforgettable experience for families and children.

The Role

As a Crew Member, you'll be on the front line of fun , making sure every child and parent has a fantastic time while keeping the park clean, safe, and running smoothly. You'll rotate between different roles including supervising play areas, serving in the cafe, reception, hosting parties, cleaning and assisting with general operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile Supervise children safely in various play areas Assist with cafe service (training provided) Help set up and host birthday parties and events Keep the venue clean and presentable throughout the day Follow all health & safety procedures Support opening/closing duties as required Work closely with the management team and other crew members

Essential Skills & Qualities:

Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable Comfortable working with children and families Reliable and punctual Team player with a "can-do" attitude Willing to work weekends, school holidays, and some evenings Experience in leisure, hospitality, or customer service is a plus , but not essential (we provide training)
