Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service. This role involves various responsibilities, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude. Accurately take orders and process payments using the point-of-sale system. Prepare and assemble food items according to company recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining, service, and kitchen areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
