Responsibilities

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper cash handling procedures. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Skills

Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous.
