The Role
We're looking for a Front of House Crew Member to join our busy, fast-paced restaurant. You'll be the face of Burger-Me-Up: welcoming guests, serving drinks, running food, and making sure everyone has a great time with us.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet and seat guests, explain how to order (via QR code or at the bar), and check in with tables throughout their visit.
Drinks Service:
Make milkshakes, pour pints, mix cocktails, and prepare soft drinks with consistency and flair.
Food Running:
Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and accuracy.
Table Care:
Clear tables, reset them quickly, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.
Order Taking:
Take orders at the bar when required.
Cleaning & Hygiene:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across FOH areas, including floors, tables, and bathrooms.
Team Support:
Work closely with the FOH and BOH teams to keep service running smoothly.
Standards & Safety:
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
