Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, uphold food safety standards, and provide excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake soft dough pretzels following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure adherence to food safety procedures and regulations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen area
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide efficient service
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional items on the menu
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
Skills:
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and inventory management
- Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team and provide support where needed
- Familiarity with culinary terms and practices
