With our vibrant kiosk in the world-renowned Selfridges Foodhall, we are on the search for versatile All-Rounders who can confidently switch between front-of-house customer service and on-site kitchen operations.

The Big Stuff - What You'll Do
Customer Experience (Front of House)
Take and prepare customer orders with energy and pride.
Deliver outstanding customer service, sharing our passion for Caribbean flavours.
Engage with guests, upsell, and drive sales with genuine enthusiasm
Kitchen & Food Prep (On-Site)
Prepare and serve our small but high-quality kiosk menu consistently to spec.
Handle and manage stock delivered daily from our suppliers, ensuring quality and freshness.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards at all times.
Keep the kiosk kitchen and prep areas clean, safe, and well organised.
Operational Excellence
Adapt seamlessly between FOH and BOH responsibilities depending on service demands.
Support smooth day-to-day operations, including stock rotation and waste management.
Contribute to the team hitting performance and service targets.
The Fun Bits

Work directly with customers while also mastering back-of-house kitchen skills.
Collaborate with leadership on menu roll-outs and kiosk improvements.

What We're Looking For
Essential:
At least 2 years' experience in a kitchen or customer service role.
A food safety qualification (Level 2 or equivalent).
Strong customer service skills - approachable, engaging, and professional.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a busy food hall.
A positive, team-focused attitude with plenty of stamina.
Preferred:
Experience in a branded or high-volume retail food environment.
Passion for Caribbean food and hospitality.
Ability to adapt to new processes and technology.
