As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Your contributions will ensure that our guests have a pleasant dining experience while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and efficient approach. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices. Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages. Engage with customers to provide information about menu items, including upselling where appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.

Skills

Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not essential; we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous. Understanding of food safety standards and practices is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively. Excellent communication skills for serving customers and working within a team. Experience in upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction is beneficial. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
