As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all food preparation and serving processes. Assist in the kitchen with food preparation tasks, ensuring timely delivery of meals. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within designated time frames. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised work environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for change calculations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not essential. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. A positive attitude with a willingness to help colleagues and customers alike. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 7.55-13.50 per hour
