You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties

Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in serving customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately, and providing recommendations when necessary. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support each other in daily tasks. Perform basic maths calculations for handling cash transactions accurately.

Experience

While previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training for all new Crew Members. Ideal candidates should possess:

A keen interest in food preparation and culinary skills. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A basic understanding of food safety practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
