Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our vibrant team. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, serving, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Assist in the efficient operation of the restaurant by managing time effectively during busy periods. Engage with customers to provide excellent service and promote menu items through upselling techniques. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments. Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, drawing on any previous culinary or kitchen experience.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is highly desirable. Basic culinary skills and an understanding of kitchen operations will be an advantage. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
